ONLY THE BEGINNING, NOT THE END!

  1. Thank you, Christine, for capturing for us the atmosphere of this Court --- absent a Fair and Unbiased Judge!!

Is it not obvious that the entire Mason County bureaucracy to include the courts is depending on the ADAGE incinerators as a source of income? They have been either paid off or told by somebody with political power that we need this industry as a tax base to continue to operate. No person in their right mind would advocate for these polluters to come to our community unless it was a very real threat to their political position that had persuaded them to go along with the hoax.

These people have created a synopsis that is excellent regarding biomass incinerators. It should be utilized in our information at least as a link to the blog.

  3. At yesterday's hearing the judge found that damages have not yet been sustained.

Why did the Citizens' attorney not argue about the two sales in Hiawatha that we heard fell through because the prospective purchasers found out about Adage?

    Are those stories true?

Perhaps the attorney might like to include those events as actual damages sustained by nearby property owners, as a result of the
proposed plant, in any future dealings with the court?

    Just a thought...

  4. In studying the pictures of Skip "Doogie" Houser, he looks so dejected...

He certainly does not inspire confidence with his demeanor or his posture...

    Was that judgment; or observation?
