RE: ADAGE Withdraws Permit Applications
On March 25, 2011 the Department of Community Development received a written request from ADAGE to withdraw their pending permit applications. Specifically, ADAGE filed applications for a Mason Conditional Environmental Permit and a Special Use Permit on June 28, 2010, and filed an appeal to our original SEPA determination on November 10, 2010. Processing of these permits has ceased, the appeal has been withdrawn, and no SEPA determination will be issued. The Department’s staff is now working with ADAGE to close out the final details of their cases.
