I've heard tell he's called "Mr. Bobble-Head" because he just goes along with anything Jay has to say -- right or wrong!! Hope he starts to have his own thoughts and does his own research on new projects as they come up! We did NOT vote him in to be just "Mr. Bobble-Head!"
