Mason County: ADAGE Permit Process Stops
My take on this is that the Port was trying to get ahead of the fact that Adage would have likely defaulted on the lease, anyway. They don't call it an LLC for nothing.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tom but, whatever the reason, it is still a moment to savor.
ReplyDeleteWhile we expect someone to come on the heels of Adage, who will be as bad or worse than Adage, and who will be embraced by Hupp and Wallitner, Mason County citizens are watching. Soon enough we will hold Hupp and Wallitner accountable for their anti-human stance! Unless they would like to take early retirement, in which case I will bake the cake for their retirement party.
We have Work To Be Done:
ReplyDeleteWe need to get the property that was leased by ADAGE RE-ZONED to light industrial. This effort needs to happen SOON.
I'm still reeling over "With no Port In a Storm..." In my world, it doesn't get better than that.
ReplyDelete"Work with Concerned Citizens....."
ReplyDeleteWell now, aint that a switch?
How about the Port pays the attorneys fees CCMC incurred, and CCMC dismisses their lawsuit. I think we could work with them on that.
As to JoC's comment, sounds like a good cause to be taken up by CCMC now that Adage is gone.
ReplyDeleteRezoning of John's Prairie, in light of its close proximity to the ball fields, Hiawatha, etc. is a darn good idea. We probably should have been working on that at the same time we were trying to defeat Adage. Unfortunately, we could only juggle so many balls at one time.
